CHC produces broken and clean Indonesian cassia to your requirements. Our preferred engagement process is to first prepare and ship samples that meet your specifications for Volatile Oil (VO) and Moisture Content (MC) to your laboratory for analysis. We calibrate our laboratory results with yours to align on specifications. And finally, we then manage our inventory and supply chain to satisfy the required purchase orders on time and to spec.
For new customers we always start with a maximum of one container. For established customers we always ensure we satisfy your volume, spec and timing requirements.
